Website owner, the offering, and binding of Terms

This website is owned and operated by the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association ("Independent Falcon Aircraft") ("IFAOA"). These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers membership to persons who own, operate, maintain and/or support Falcon aircraft. By accessing or using the website for membership, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

Who can use your website; what are the requirements to create a membership

 

In order to use our website and/or receive our membership, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive membership if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Key commercial Terms offered to members

 

When purchasing a membership, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full membership listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a membership when you commit to buy a membership and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association charge for membership are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Right to suspend or cancel user membership/account

 

Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to membership without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your membership at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed membership, such memberships will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the membership or services offered on the website.

Limitation of liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the membership or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our membership; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

Right to change and modify Terms

 

The Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association reserves the right to modify or change these terms of use at any time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our membership after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the membership.

Promotional emails and content

 

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time.

Provisions recommended for websites with user communities

 

All users that join the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association community have a public profile that is publicly visible to site members, and that your public activity (such as your posts or comments) will be visible to other members of the website.

A member of the website can always opt-out and exit the community, and upon doing so, such user’s profile will not be publicly visible. In such event the user will not be able to use the community features (e.g. liking, commenting or writing posts).

The Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association reserves the right to remove, edit, move or close any post, topic or forum at any time.

 

 

Other terms

 

The  Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association reserves the right to ban any user with or without cause.

The Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association shall not be held responsible for any damages that may arise from the dissemination of any personal information by reason of theft or accidental release.

 

The Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association agrees to make reasonable effort to keep user data private, and will not knowingly disclose any personal information to any third party without consent.

 

Members agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated material or any other content that may violate any laws of your country, the country where the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association is hosted, or any International Laws.

 

Although the administrators and moderators of the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this site, it is impossible to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the officers, and directors, nor the members of the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association will be held responsible for the content of any message. By agreeing to these rules, members agree to not post any messages that are considered obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful or threatening, violate any laws or are otherwise objectionable to the administrators or officers of the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association.

 

Members agree to allow the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association to store any information that they enter into the system.

 

Under no circumstances will the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association, its board of directors, officers, or members be held responsible for any damages, whether direct or incidental, resulting from the use of this website or any information contained within.

 

Some of the material contained in the Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association website may be copyrighted, or trademarked. Such material may not be used, copied or disseminated in any way without the express permission of the owner. The Independent Falcon Aircraft Operators Association will make a conscious effort to properly mark such material; however, it is the responsibility of the user to determine the ownership of any intellectual property before using, copying or disseminating any material found on this site.
